With four dozen web sites and ten years of part-time experience in the web design and hosting business I can speak with experience. Many years ago I gladly gave up my colocated RaQ3 for a leased dedicated server. After trying three different companies over six years I reluctantly gave up the dedicated server for an environment on the Trinity server. It turned out to be a great move. There have been no problems and no need to use support. My biggest relief? I'm no Linux/Apache expert, and I no longer have the apprehension, adrenalin flow and elevated heartbeat when updating or patching the production server a thousand miles away. I've always offered my clients quality service and constant uptime and can now concentrate my limited time on web design. The icing on the cake is the lower cost which translates to a welcome increase in my earnings.

I just uploaded my new site to your servers and WOW my site loads in less than a second, when i open firefox its simply there when it's opened i cant believe it. And the customer service is out of this world you guys have hosting down to a tee

I just moved to hostingzoom and resellerzoom a few weeks ago, during my migration to their servers I was amazed how helpful their technical staff were. I was also impressed that even their president is handling customer support whenever he has a free time, he was the one who helped me create and manage my accounts during those times. Today, I can safely say I made the right choice in joining their long list of satisfied clients. This company gave me so much support that everytime I submit a support ticket I don't fail to thank them in resolving my technical issues because of how they relate to their clients and mine. Please keep up the very good work!

At first I was a little suspicious, it was hard to believe all what Hosting Zoom offered for so little money. But the hosting service has been consistently fast and reliable. The services that I used so far just work as advertised. Setting up programs with Fantastico has been, well... fantastic. The couple of times that I asked for support (and that was on purely technical matters) their response was fast, sharp and up to the point. I am hosting, among other things, the new site of e-HealthExpert.org. It is a non-profit org. that must reliably serve a demanding audience: doctors, nurses, pharmacists, academia members and Health IT industry members. Up until now they are benefiting from a five star hosting service. I do not know if the Hosting Zoom team has time to read these posts or not, but fairness is due to those who deserve it: people, just keep up the good work!
